matchprotectph.com is a consulting and support service operated by AWW Digital Marketing Services.

2. What This Service Is Not

We are not a matchmaking or referral service.
We are not a legal service. Nothing we provide constitutes legal advice.
We are not a money transfer or financial service.

3. Code of Conduct & Sexual Content Policy

⚠️ STRICTLY NO SEXUAL CONTENT OR SEXUAL FAVORS

matchprotectph.com strictly prohibits any form of sexual conversation, sexual solicitation, romantic role-play, or requests for sexual favors of any kind. This applies to ALL services. Any client who engages in or requests sexual content will have their account terminated immediately, without refund. We reserve the right to report incidents of solicitation to relevant authorities.

Our service is professional in nature. Consultants and VA staff provide cultural guidance only.

4. Payment Terms

PayPal and Stripe accepted. One-time consultation: $50–$75. Annual Plan: $500/year. Gift Service: $50 + actual cost. Personal VA: $200/month.

5. Refund Policy

Consultations cancelled more than 24 hours in advance are fully refundable. No refunds for completed sessions or Code of Conduct violations.

6. Confidentiality

All client information is treated with strict confidentiality. Consultants and VA staff are bound by confidentiality agreements.
